VIDEO: House GOP leadership member attacks Capuano in YouTube spoof

House Republican Policy Committee chairman Thad McCotter posted a video which attacks Eighth district Rep. Michael Capuano (D-Somerville) as "Stalinist" over his plans to regulate where members of Congress can post web-videos.

The video, "Subterranean Homesick Tools," is a spoof of Bob Dylan's music video for his 1965 song "Subterranean Homesick Blues." McCotter represents Michigan's Eleventh congressional district in the U.S. House of Representatives.
