Conventional wisdom has come to say that Mitt Romney is the inevitable VP pick for John McCain, but one influential conservative thinks it would be a disaster: New York Post columnist Dick Morris.
Today, Morris asks, "Would Romney help McCain?"
"I don't see how."
To be fair, Morris has long said that Romney was too slippery even for him, a chief consultant to 'Slick Willie' himself, and was a cheerleader for Mike Huckabee, another Arkansan and client, during the primaries.
